What ChecklistFox provides

ChecklistFox lets you create, edit, and download checklists and planners, including AI-generated content and ready-made templates. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

Your use of the Service

• Use ChecklistFox only for lawful purposes
• Do not attempt to disrupt, abuse, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Do not use automated systems to scrape or overload the site in a way that harms availability
• Do not submit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes others' rights

AI-generated content

Checklists generated with AI are provided for convenience and planning support. They may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting any checklist before relying on it for important decisions, travel, legal matters, health, or other high-stakes situations.

Intellectual property

The ChecklistFox name, site design, branding, and original template structure belong to us. You may download and use checklists you create or customize for personal or internal use. You may not resell our templates or brand assets as a competing product without permission.

No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that the Service will meet every need.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChecklistFox and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
